REQUIREMENTS
This was a unique looking property which looked very much like a castle! Our requirements for this property were to paint all internal and external elements within a year. This was such a large project and we needed to dedicate at least one painter every single day for a year to complete.
the solution
With immense planning on which areas to start first, we started work on the 5m high ceilings throughout the ground floor. Staying on the ground floor, we then tackled the walls and very intricate woodwork. After completion of the ground floor, we moved to the upper floor, and then the basement and then the externals.
We always kept both the builder and the owners in the loop with our plans and anticipated finish times of areas.
the outcome
This property was again like brand new! Brought back to life from a very run down building to a beautiful masterpiece.
